Shipping & Returns

This shop uses UPS shipping services, and specifically:

• Standard Ground Shipping for Italy,
• Standard international shipping by land for the rest of Europe.

or SDA, Poste Italiane and specifically:

• Express package 3 for Italy;
• International express parcel for the rest of Europe.

For details of shipping costs, insert the product in the cart, then log in or register, then clicking on the top on "Cart" will appear at the bottom of the page the detailed cost of shipping for the desired product.

For bulky shipments and / or for convenience of price, at our discretion we may entrust the delivery to alternative couriers to the SDA group. Italian Post Office.

The delivery times for shipments to Italy of the products available in stock will be from 4 to 6 working days from the day following the receipt of the order.

For items not immediately available but orderable and for realizations on specific customer requests (colors, sizes or particular requests) delivery times will be indicatively increased by 4 - 8 working days and may reach a maximum of 20 days, if for the availability of the product to be ordered should it take longer than 20 working days, the customer will be contacted and will be offered 3 possibilities:

1. Decide to wait for the product further.

2. Choose to cancel that product from the order and in this case the price of the product will be returned, including the part of the shipping costs for the refused product.

3. Decide to receive instead of the chosen product, a purchase voucher to spend as you wish, to purchase any item on our portal, even using the voucher several times until it is actually used up, or using it to pay for a part of a product with a price higher than the voucher itself, all within 60 days of receipt. At the end of the sixtieth day, the purchase voucher will be canceled and the remaining credit amount will be paid to the customer.
