Pallini Limoncello is produced by the Pallini company in a completely natural way since the year 1875 from Sfusato lemons, harvested manually as soon as their ripeness is optimal. Prepared only with the peel of organic and completely organic lemons from the Amalfi Coast PGI, water, sugar and alcohol does not contain chemical elements and is organic and natural. The climate of these places on the Amalfi Coast gives these lemons an unrivaled growth in other areas, characterized by a very wrinkled and thick peel, about double that of classic lemons, and very rich in essential and fragrant oils.
The Amalfi coast offers many crops of lemons that overlook the blue of the sea and a land full of sun and typical scents.

After being harvested, the Sfusato lemons are immediately infused to give those who drink this liqueur all the fullness of the Amalfi Coast IGP. Produced with an ancient recipe that is still used today to guarantee a full, full-bodied, balanced and sweet taste with a long citrus persistence with simplicity and few ingredients.

Its characteristic color obtained without artificial coloring is intense bright yellow and illuminates the eye, the sense of smell is immediately struck by the typical fragrance of pure processed lemon peel after opening.
