madonna delle vittorie wine capoalago gewurtraminer trentino d.o.p. cl 75 13% vol., the Trentino white comes from vineyards with a sub-Mediterranean climate, where the two winds Ora del Garda (from the south) and Pelér (from the north) blow frequently and regularly; the cuvée is composed of a pure blend of the Gewürztraminer variety. The grapes, after being harvested by hand and carefully selected already in the vineyard, ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel barrels.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains on the lees until the next bottling; once bottled, it rests for a period of about 3-4 months before being released for commercialization.
Color: straw yellow with golden reflections.
Bouquet: it expresses refined hints of rose, white flowers, yellow peach, lemon peel, enriched with spicy notes of cloves and saffron.
Taste: it is fine and balanced, with a refreshing acidity.
