Suntory Holdings Limited (サ ン ト リ ー ホ ー ル デ ィ ン グ ス 株式会社 Santorī Hōrudingusu Kabushiki-Gaisha) is a Japanese company founded in 1899. It is one of the oldest alcoholic beverage manufacturing and distribution companies in Japan. Having become famous for its beer and whiskey, Suntory has over the years extended its production to other food products.

The head office is located in Osaka.

Suntory was the first company in Japan to believe in something other than Sake: it was 1923 when Shinjiro Torii built the Yamazaki, the first Japanese distillery dedicated to the production of Whiskey.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony, a truly apt name for this blended whiskey that contains the best of the three Suntory distilleries: Hakushu the light and floral single malt, fruity and soft Yamazaki and finally the Chita grain whiskey. The whiskeys that make up the Harmony are drawn from 5 different types of cask, including American oak casks, European sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks. The blend was created by the Suntory team led by Master Blender Shingo Torii this blended whiskey is elegant and incredibly balanced.
