Grappa created to express the maximum softness of a distillate, born from a careful distillation in a bain-marie in a discontinuous steam alembic still of the marc of Moscato, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. The typical vines of the region, the temperature range of the territory and the aromas that derive from it, give unique and distinct organoleptic qualities. The Trentina Morbida Barrique is then aged for a few months in barrels previously used for aging the Grappa Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune, becoming even more “gentle” and velvety. A tribute from the Marzadro family to the land in which they live.
