With an intense and aromatic aroma, this single-variety grappa from Gewürztraminer grapes captures for its intoxicating aromas, showing a truly harmonious sensorial impact. This is thanks to the distillation, in a bain-marie, of the marc in a copper still in a discontinuous cycle, to enhance and capture all the aromatic molecules, without neglecting the long aging of 36 months in 1000-liter oak barrels.

Throughout that period, the Master Distiller follows the evolution of the distillate with great precision, verifying the aromas and scents. Only when this grappa has reached its admirable balance, will it be ready to be bottled and unleash all its baggage to the lucky taster.

Bright golden yellow color with rich amber and ruby ​​nuances, it has an intense, exuberant and aromatic nose of macerated rose petals, dried lavender and thyme, then honey, candied fruit and quince, with hints of cinnamon and cloves. Harmonious, greedy, dry but soft at the same time, it envelops the palate with rare elegance and shows a finish with a very long floral persistence.
