VINIFICATION: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and after a cold pre-fermentation maceration of 24 / 48h, they are fermented in vertical steel vats for about 1 week with daily pumping over in the air, in order to optimize the extraction of colors and aromas from the skins
MATURATION: About 12 months in steel. Final refinement in the bottle
ALCOHOL: 14.5% vol.

SENSORY NOTES: It has a beautiful dark purple red with purple reflections. Intense fruity nose of morello cherry, cherry and plum, evident spicy and ink notes. In the mouth it is soft and velvety, very drinkable. Sapid, intense, balanced.
