Description: Young, fresh, an elegant fruity. Bianco di Nera is the SPARKLING Milazzo. Unmistakable imprint for our short Charmat. Second fermentation in our autoclaves for a short period to enhance the aromas and softness of the glass with an immediate impact.

Sensory notes: Beautiful pale straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose releases a rich bouquet, in which notes of green apple and white pear are combined with light spicy hints that recall aromatic vegetables. On the palate it is fresh and creamy, it reveals excellent flavor and drinkability.

The most interesting aspect of the Milazzo family's way of "making wine" is the tireless work in the vineyard. The natural improvement of the vines is the result of a journey of over fifty years that continues today. The search for the perfect combination between selection of clones and biotypes, the choice of land according to the characteristics of the microclimate in each district of the estate.

The use of the machines is relegated only to the use of tractors for the management of the soil between the rows, while in the row the weeds are eradicated with manual hoeing. In cultivation, organic fertilizers are used exclusively to guarantee the genuineness of the product and protect the aquifers from possible alterations.

Manual Harvest: We carry out a selected harvest that takes place exclusively with the use of boxes of about 14 kg which are carefully washed each time they are used. The grapes harvested in the individual boxes are immediately transferred to the cellar. The same boxes are then stored in special cold rooms at a controlled temperature.
