A golden, sparkling, pilsner-style premium lager with a generous white head and citrusy aroma, San Miguel Especial perfectly balances the bitterness to create a full-bodied beer with a clean, crisp and fresh flavor.

INGREDIENTS: Water, barley malt, corn, hops.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: E.O. (ºP): 13 - Alcohol (% v / v): 5 - Degree of bitterness (IBU): 28 - Color (EBC): 8.0
SERVE: Between 4º-6ºC.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 5% ABV

APPEARANCE: Light golden color, bright, creamy and consistent foam.
TASTE: Delicate aromas of white fruits, banana and apple are added to a light note of white bread and a floral base.
DEGREE OF BITTER: On the palate it offers body, balanced by a moderate bitterness and a dry base. The finish is balanced with a hint of grains and hops.

HOPS: A blend of hops that give a floral base and a moderate bitter taste. The hops used are of a variety that originates in the Hellertau region of Bavaria (southern Germany) and Oregon, in the United States.
BARLEY MALT: Combination of Pilsen and toasted malt from selected barley. This gives the color light gold, while providing a hint of cereal and white bread notes.
YEAST: Gives the fruity aroma: white fruits, banana and green apple.

PAIRING: San Miguel Especial goes well with various cuisines from around the world, including spicy foods, tapas-style food, cured meats, hams and cheeses.
